OZARK Accelerator

Unlike typical training, the Accelerator embraces your work as the context where you'll develop yourself as a leader. We'll work with you and your supervisor to define and deliver a project with a sizable ROI to your company as part of the experience. As for class time, after the 2-day kickoff, each month you'll attend one half-day in-person session and one 2-hour video call for ten months. 

Yes. Most other programs promise you either development without tangible results or results without lasting development. The Accelerator promises—and delivers—on both, because we believe development and results have a direct relationship.

Many applicants express concern they don't think they can find a big enough executive project to tackle as part of the Accelerator. However, after a short discussion, nearly everyone is able to unearth a sizable project they didn't realize was waiting for them to take on.
